Salary: £34,452 - £40,501
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

An opportunity has arisen within Roads and Infrastructure for the permanent post of Graduate Engineer in the Street Lighting Team, based at Bankhead Roads Depot.

The post will initially be based within the Street Lighting Design Team, but may offer opportunities to also experience working in the Street Lighting Operations Team, subject to the requirement of the Service at the time.

The post will offer the training and experience required to support the candidate towards professional membership of the Institution of Lighting Professionals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake this challenging but highly rewarding role. The successful candidate must have an interest in street lighting and previous experience will be beneficial.

Many aspects of the work detailed below will be under the supervision of a Senior Lighting Engineer.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
