Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, design briefs, contract administration, site supervision and risk management.

Liaise with residents, private owners, contractors and consultants to coordinate works and maintain high levels of customer service.

Oversee contractor performance, variations, health & safety (CDM), quality control, and final accounts.

Contribute to option appraisals, performance reporting and continuous improvement of MTIS processes in this expanding city-wide programme.
