Job Description
Occupational Therapist
City Wide
Salary: £37,626 - £44,257 (pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: up to 36 hours, 52 weeks
Holistic occupational therapy assessment & rehabilitation. Variety of person-centred, goal focussed occupational therapy interventions.
A varied caseload involving a multi-disciplinary approach working with Physiotherapy, Assistant Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, Care Providers, Hospital based teams and more. A multi-disciplinary approach to service user needs. A contribution to shared duty tasks, some of which may require crisis management and interventions. Working individually and as a team within a fast-paced environment.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
