We are looking for Full Time Occupational Therapists to join the North West Community Occupational Therapy team.

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated occupational therapist skilled in assessment and Care Management? Then we think you could join our small, but supportive team in the North West Locality.

You will undertake assessments and good conversations with people living in the community, working alongside Social Workers, Community Care Assistants and Health Professionals to promote a multi-disciplinary approach to living well at home.
You will help promote and facilitate good manual handling practice, including risk assessment and providing care plans. You will also assess for, prescribe and review the provision of equipment, minor and major adaptations and supportive services in accordance with good practice and Council policies.

Candidates must have a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
