We have an exciting opportunity to join our facilities management team, as a Planning Co-ordinator within our facilities management maintenance team across the Council's operational (non-housing) estate of circa 650 buildings.
We are looking for people who have a passion for operational excellence and compliance, within a busy technical services environment and want to be part of an essential council service, driving transformation and best value in the public sector across our Capital City.
We are looking for candidates with experience of:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, etc), plus MS Teams and CAFM systems (Computer Aided Facilities Management)
* Planning and co-ordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance appointments via telephone, email and CAFM
* Providing a high standard of customer service to a range of contacts, both internal and external, including senior stakeholders such as Directors, Heads of Service, Elected Members, internal & external clients, and Trade Unions
* Providing support to deliver statutory, preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance requirements.
* Experience of policy management, standards and implementing processes in accordance with best practice.
* Delivering best value and optimum performance from our Term Service Contract partners.
* Being an integral part of a team that drives ownership, accountability, compliance and best value.
