The post will provide Commercial & Procurement related support to ensure the procurement delivery is achieved, initiating and organising specialist meetings to support project timelines, undertaking research to support planning phase, monitoring action plans and updates to Public Contracts Scotland and other systems as required. Supporting Senior Category Managers and their respective teams in tasks related to the Procurement process and their assigned projects e.g. tender preparation, meetings, stakeholder engagement sessions, minutes, consensus meeting administration, drafting contract notifications, filing, approval process administration More widely a flexible approach to working across all procurement areas as directed by managers.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
