Programme Manager - Quality and Safety
Waverley Court

Salary: £67,457 - £80,569
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks 

Responsible for the management, development and implementation of a strategic and operational quality and safety improvement programme, taking account of the organisation’s strategic priorities. Will lead directly on projects directly within the programme and work closely with teams and services across both NHS Lothian and the City of Edinburgh Council, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and senior management, to define and implement quality improvement priorities and projects.

Responsible for the development and delivery of a programme for quality within Edinburgh Health and Social Care to ensure strategic priorities are achieved.

Direct line management responsibility for Service Improvement Officers.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
