An exciting opportunity has arisen for two PSA roles at St David's RC Primary School. The role involves working with 1.1. children and also taking small groups.
At St David's RC Primary School, we place our children at the centre of all we do believing that in the right environment where everyone's needs are recognised and met, everyone can learn and grow. We nurture and promote partnerships between staff, pupils, parents and the community to encourage all learners to be the best they can be. We are inclusive, embrace diversity and respect everyone as equal. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive staff team who are committed to providing a safe, secure and inclusive environment for all.
St. David's RC Primary School is a diverse and multicultural primary school in the North of Edinburgh. The school receives PEF funding with 66% of our learners living in SIMD 1 and 2. In our school community, around 75% of our pupils have English as an additional language and we have a wonderful spread of cultures which we embrace and promote. There is a very strong inclusive ethos at St. David's RC and we are well supported by a range of partnership services and agencies, which enhance the work, and wider life of the school.
This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
