Are you passionate about delivering the highest standards in Social Work and Social Care? Do you thrive on ensuring compliance, driving improvements and championing best practice? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join a small team that provides quality assurance and improvement support to managers in Children's Services, Justice Services and the Health and Social Care Partnership. The postholder will ensure services are meeting regulatory/practice standards and legal requirements Driving improvement in service delivery and care quality is also a a key function of the team. The Quality Assurance Officer will audit case records, analyse performance data and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
