St Peter's Primary School

Salary: £27,257 - £29,850 (pro rata for part time and sessional)
Hours: 27 per week, 40 weeks sessional

Mon - Thurs 08:30-16:00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for skilled and enthusiastic School Administrator to work in St Peter's Primary school located in the south of Edinburgh. The school currently consists of a Nursery Class and P1-P7 classes.

Reporting to the School Business Manager you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the school office and reception. This is a front facing role in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

We are seeking to appoint a School Administrator who has previous experience of working in a front facing busy administrative role. This post represents an excellent opportunity for someone to take the next step in their business support career.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
