School Support Assistant - fixed term to 20/12/2024
Wester Hailes High School

Salary: £20,697 - £20,979 (pro-rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 27.5 per week, 39 weeks sessional

Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 15:30 and Friday 8:30 - 12:15

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our busy team. The role will include providing administrative support to teaching staff across the school.

The role will involve working in our busy school environment, covering duty in our busy foyer area and outdoor spaces, reception duty when required, putting up display work and manual handling.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment and be willing to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the service. They will also be competent users of ICT and have knowledge and experience of using databases, spreadsheets and word documents.  Excellent communication skills and experience of working to tight deadlines is essential.
