This senior role sits within the Operational Excellence team in Human Resources. Reporting into the Lead Consultant, Operational Excellence, the team support new initiatives and projects and are also responsible for the management and maintenance of HRs customer-facing digital services.

  • We manage and maintain HRs intranet and internet sites delivering online content and solutions.
  • We work in partnership with our ICT colleagues to deliver support for our HR and Payroll system.
  • We proactively challenge existing practices and processes, to ensure we put the customer first whilst ensuring we limit the impact on HR.
  • We identify areas needing improvement and work with internal and external colleagues to resolve.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
