Senior HR Consultant (Oracle Cloud HCM) - fixed term until 31/10/2024

The City of Edinburgh Council are moving to a new Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management and Payroll system. This is an exciting project for us and we're looking for and enthusiastic and experienced Oracle HCM functional consultant to join our team.
You'll be key member of the project team, providing support for pre- and post-implementation tasks.
The ideal candidate has:
- Confidence in working with, and good functional knowledge of, Oracle HCM.
- Experience of configuration and testing of core HR (and other modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform).
- Taken part in Oracle Familiarisation sessions / workshops and can provide guidance and support to stakeholders, to help us deliver Oracle best practice for Oracle HCM. This would include working with HR to aid their understanding of end-to-end HCM Cloud processes.
The successful candidate will join an established HR Operational Excellence team. They'll be able to challenge, lead, and advise the team to deliver the best results for the wider organisation.
Duration
The role is a fixed term contract for 18 months starting in May 2023.
