Salary: £26,337 -£28,835

Are you organised, data driven and passionate about using data and systems to improve real-world services?

We're looking a Systems & Data Quality Assistants to join our Neighbourhood Environmental Services team, supporting vital frontline operations such as waste and cleansing through accurate systems, high-quality data, and proactive technical support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a behind-the-scenes but highly impactful role; helping ensure services run smoothly for communities across the city.

About the role

You'll provide technical and operational systems support, ensuring both internal platforms and customer-facing information remain accurate and up to date. Working closely with depot teams, managers, and ICT partners, you'll help translate operational changes into live systems that directly affect daily service delivery.

We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce where everyone feels valued and able to be their best. We particularly encourage applications from women for senior roles, as well as people from minority ethnic backgrounds, people with disabilities or neurodivergent people, care experienced people, carers and LGBT+ people across all levels of the organisation, all of whom are currently underrepresented. All applicants will be considered fairly based on skills and experience. Disabled and care-experienced applicants who meet the minimum job criteria will be guaranteed an interview.
