An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ticketing Services Duty Manager (fixed term - 12 months), to assist with the delivery and management of ticketing for events within our Cultural Venues (Usher Hall, Assembly Rooms, Churchill Theatre and Ross Theatre) as well as Museums and Galleries.
MAJOR TASKS/JOB ACTIVITIES/EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should have significant experience in a supervisory or management role, working in a ticketing operation for a busy, high profile arts organisation including event set up, staff supervision and income reconciliation.
Key duties of the role will include event and offer set up, working with ticket agents to ensure the accurate management of ticket inventory and agreeing box office sales with the promoter on concert nights.
Having a proactive attitude, they will use their experience of working under pressure, to supervise a large team of staff and solve customer issues without calling on a senior manager. They will have the ability to demonstrate a history of working hours that are best suited to meeting the needs of the service (post includes evening and weekend work on an ongoing basis).
Experience of working with Spektrix and DotDigital is desirable.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
