Ticketing Services Supervisor
Usher Hall

Salary: £25,322 - £27,727
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

We are looking for a Ticketing Services Supervisor to join the team and assist in the supervision of the box office service at various venues. Evening and weekend work essential.

Significant experience of working in a computerised ticketing operation for a busy, high profile arts organisation, is essential. Experience of Spektrix ticketing system is desirable. The post-holder will be required to work evening and weekends.

The successful candidate will be able to evidence a track record of high quality customer service and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisational skills as well as excellent people management skills, including dealing with members of the public, are essential.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
