We have an exciting opportunity to join the Social Care Operating Model Programme team as The Transformation Programme Lead manager at the City of Edinburgh Council. Working to help deliver this high profile complex digital transformation programme that will provide the service areas (Adult,Children, Justice and Business Support) with an updated solution to drive superior quality of inputs/outputs, remove duplication and drive efficiency in social work practise.
We are looking for someone with a passion for change and who has experience in digital transformation with a working knowledge of social work practises and knowledge of the Mosaic system. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced project management environment and want to be part of change and transformation in the public sector. You will work as part of a team helping to implement the new system and having direct responsibility for work on configuration, integrations, Data Migration and Testing. You will be outcome focused and will maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders. You will work directly with the SRO and Deputy SRO for the programme and alongside the Programme manager to make sure the programme delivers on time and to budget.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
