Hours: 36 per week - 4 days on 4 days off
Additional working time payments applicable £8.703.43 per year
We are looking for a Supervisor who is inspiring professional, who is highly motivated, creative, and adaptable to change. Responsible for overseeing the cleansing of streets and open spaces and responsible for specialist cleaning services.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a frontline workforce delivering high quality street cleaning services in Scotland’s Capital City.
The salary package is enhanced by a minimum of 32 days leave per year rising to a maximum of 40 days per year dependant on continuous service,generous employer pension contributions and numerous employee benefits, such as Green Car scheme, Cycle to work, Lifestyle savings and Gym membership.
The Night Shift service will undergo significant changes to respond to national performance standards and you’ll have a key role in embedding new ways of working and engaging constructively with frontline employees and Trade Union colleagues.

The successful applicant will lead and develop Waste and Cleansing services by supporting the Management team and leading the frontline Supervision in the development of the service.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
