We're looking for talented and curious Data Analysts who can transform data into meaningful insight, helping services make better decisions, improve performance and deliver better outcomes for our communities.

Working across the Council, you will help shape how data is used to support strategic decision-making, performance improvement and service transformation. The Digital and Data Transformation Programme is central to delivering the Council’s Be the Future transformation agenda. The Data Analyst will be part of the Digital and Data Transformation team within Partnership and Performance, working across all council portfolios to enable data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insight.

This role will collaborate closely with service teams, business stakeholders, and technical colleagues to develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines, models, and reporting solutions. The post holder will transform raw data into meaningful information, build and optimise Power BI dashboards, and support performance management and statutory reporting.

The Data Analyst will champion data quality, security, and accessibility, ensuring compliance with data protection standards and promoting a culture of self-service analytics. As an ambassador for data-driven transformation, the post holder will help bring the Council’s digital and data strategy to life for staff, communities, and partners.
