Job Description

The primary purpose of the role is to manage a legal case load and to give advice and guidance to officers and Elected Members of Clackmannanshire Council in your role as Paralegal with the support of a Solicitor.

The cases you hold and advice you give will depend on your area of experience and specialism but may cover some additional matters which fall within the remit of the Legal Service team. We are particularly looking for a Paralegal with experience in both residential and commercial property law to provide advice to the Place service (and some other services) and all matters relating to property. 

The workload will be varied, challenging and interesting, dealing with some of the most high-profile property deals in Clackmannanshire. You will be supported in a collegiate environment and encouraged to develop a full range of legal and other skills.
