Job Description

Review and develop appropriate policies and projects to ensure that the housing needs of Clackmannanshire are assessed and met.  Assist in the review of various housing related strategies.

 

These policies and strategies should be in adherence of various legislative frameworks such as the Housing Scotland Act 2001 and the Housing Scotland Act 2014. 

 

Ensure that all policies and strategies link into the strategic housing plans and overall council priorities.   

 

Policy and service development in relation to all housing functions.

 

Partnership working with other Council services, national agencies and the voluntary sector.

 

Assess the impact, when developing policies, to the wider community.
