Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to lead our Throughcare and Aftercare Team. The post holder will have responsibility to drive forward and shape a service that truly makes a difference for young people leaving care. Guided by the values and ethos of The Promise, we are committed to ensuring every young person feels loved, supported, and empowered as we walk alongside them in their transition into adulthood.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving and shaping service delivery. You will lead a dedicated and committed team, champion best practice, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. A key part of your role will involve collating and analysing data and trends to inform service development alongside participatory approaches with young people using the service.

Collaboration will be at the heart of your work, as you build strong partnerships with other agencies and organisations to develop innovative approaches that improve outcomes and create opportunities for care-experienced young people.

You will have specific responsibility to work alongside the Senior Manager to keep The Promise in Clackmannanshire.

If you are a forward-thinking leader with a passion for inclusion, collaboration, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive, we would love to hear from you. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or a seasoned manager you will be fully supported to develop within this role through regular supervision, training opportunities, and a warm and welcoming workforce.
