Leisure & Recreation Attendant, Castlebay Sports Centre
10 hours per week, Term - time only, Permanent Post
£6,879 - £6,945 per annum, inclusive of £682 Distant Islands Allowance

The post holder will be required to form part of a team providing pool lifeguard supervision and a range of other leisure facility services dependent on qualifications held or training provided by Comhairle nan Eilean Siar.

You must be able to work co-operatively as part of a team and have well-developed communication skills with adults and children.

It is essential that you hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.

This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme as a legal requirement of a regulated role with Children (Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme - mygov.scot)

This post is term time only. The salary quoted is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of the grade.
