Organisational Development Administrator (9635)
37 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months
£32,610 – £35,639 per annum ( inclusive of £2,997 Distant Islands Allowance )

The successful candidate will deliver the systems administration function for Resourcelink and Leave Management, including the monitoring, reporting and development of information systems used by Human Resources. You will support business improvement processes and ensure that data and systems are effectively managed and maintained across the organisation.

You will be responsible for managing HR IT systems, producing reports and statistical returns, supporting business planning and performance management activities, maintaining training records, assisting with surveys and equality monitoring, and providing management information to departments through the analysis and interpretation of data.

You should have an understanding of how IT can support effective business processes, computer and office systems, and performance management and reporting. You must have the ability to use a range of IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, accurately analyse data and produce reports, communicate effectively, prioritise workloads and work on your own initiative.

It is essential that you are educated to Higher/HNC/SVQ3 level in a relevant discipline, or have equivalent relevant experience in a systems-based environment.

Appointment to the post is fixed term for 12 months.

Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of the grade.
