Relief Occupational Health Nurse/Adviser (9981)
£20.00 Per hour, inclusive of £1.55 per hour Distant Islands Allowance

The role of Occupational Health Nurse/ Advise is to provide a comprehensive Occupational Health Service to employees of the Comhairle which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Health screening
• Health surveillance
• Health and wellbeing promotion
• Advisory service to managers and employees on a variety of health at work matters, including absence management.

It is essential that you are a Registered Nurse with at least 1 years' post-registration qualification or equivalent experience. You will have a good working knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and issues along with good organisational skills, a good level of computer literacy and good communication and interpersonal skills. A driving licence is essential for this post.

This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme as a legal requirement of a regulated role with Adults (Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme - mygov.scot)

This post is on an as and when basis. Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
