£30,758 - £31,935 per annum (inclusive of £2,997 Distant Islands Allowance)

To provide administrative support for the Chief Officer and Partnership Services Senior Management Team to allow the service responsibilities to be delivered efficiently and effectively. As a key member of the team, the postholder will be responsible for the effective recording, processing and sharing of information both internally and externally, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high-quality partnership working in support of the vital functions carried out by Partnership Services and its staff.

You must have proven experience of working in a busy office environment supporting a  number of different services areas along with a working knowledge of administrative and financial procedures within a large organisation. 

It is essential that you have a SVQ Level 3 / HNC in Administration / Business Studies or equivalent level of qualification. 

You should have proficient keyboard skills, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for the post. It is essential that you have knowledge of office procedures and knowledge of records management and Data Protection Principles.
