This post is part of the Solutions Centre Team, providing support to Facilities, Waste and Neighbourhood Services. This is an 18-month fixed term post, office based within Cargen Tower, Dumfries, 36 hours per week: Monday – Friday.

You must be confident, highly motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and as an individual. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally and sensitively with internal and external colleagues and partners.
You should be confident and have experience with computer applications. Duties include input, update and interrogation of data utilising various applications.
A good knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential, with good knowledge of general office working procedures being desirable.
You will be educated to SVQ Level 3/HNC in a relevant subject or equivalent.
