We are recruiting for 2 vacancies within the Social Work Services Care Management team.
These vacancies will be responsible for monitoring of the Self Directed Support Direct Payment Prepaid Card accounts in line with our agreed processes. The successful candidates will work within an existing team of Care Management Assistants to check existing accounts and escalate any areas of concern to key Operational Colleagues.
This post requires you to be educated to SCQF Level 6 or equivalent in a relevant subject (Social Care or Business Administration). Recent extended office experience including meeting and monitoring deadlines is an essential requirement for the post.
You will be expected to be flexible in your approach to team working. You must be able to deal professionally and sensitively with other organisations and the wider public, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
As this is a busy role, the ability to work under pressure is essential. Working knowledge of a Business Information and/or Finance System is also essential.
This post is a hybrid post with the requirement of a minimum of 2 days in an office following an induction period. The indication period will require the successful candidates to be office based during training.
