You will be required to work 7 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our library and council services, helping people every day. You’ll:

 

  • Welcome customers and support them with their enquiries
  • Help people find books, resources, and information
  • Take bookings for council rooms and appointments
  • Handle simple customer service transactions for the council
  • Keep records up to date
  • Support and lead events in the library such as craft sessions and storytime
