What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Assistant, based in Gretna Registration Office, you’ll be the front face of couples coming to Gretna to get married. You’ll:
- Be the first person customers' meet when they walk through to door
- Welcome customers and support them with their enquiries
- Take marriage applications and provide information
- Handle simple customer service transactions for the council
- Keep records up to date
- Get the opportunity to learn about the library and support events
