Development Officer – Sales & Promotions

You will be required to work 22 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year.
Seeking a role where no two days are the same, where your work will impact customers using Dumfries & Galloway leisure facilities and help boost activity across the region.
We are inviting applications for a highly focused, results-driven candidate to join our newly created sales and promotions team within the leisure facilities department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of leisure knowledge, creativity, and analytical skills to develop and implement effective digital promotion strategies. The Development Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that promote and raise awareness of various leisure products across our regional facilities. This role involves adopting a data-driven approach to managing digital channels, analysing performance data, reporting, and ultimately increasing sales.

The position is permanent, requiring three days per week of work, including evenings and weekends. The role is flexible and can be combined with other prior working arrangements.
