An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Officer within Strategic Planning and Delivery Team. Reporting to the Team Leader Performance and Information Governance you will be responsible for supporting with the delivery of effective and timely monitoring of performance data. You will support transformational change and continuous improvement throughout the service.

 

You should have excellent self-discipline and exhibit good personal organisation and time management skills. You should have the ability to remain calm under pressure with high levels of resilience. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective partnership working at both an operational and strategic level.

 

Applicants should have well developed verbal and written communication skills combined with strong inter-personal skills and abilities.

 

You must have substantial relevant experience in a local authority or other complex organisation and be educated to SCQF level 9 or equivalent with a record of completion of personal and management development opportunities.
