We are recruiting for a Programme Support Officer to join our busy Employability, Skills and Partnership Team, within the Partnership Management Office (PMO).
This post plays a important role in supporting the effective day to day operation of the PMO, ensuring that our programmes are delivered efficiently and in line with reporting and governance requirements. The successful candidate will help manage and coordinate a wide range of administrative processes which support the delivery of employability and skills programmes across Dumfries and Galloway.

The role may also involve providing guidance and support to external organisations.
The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities. You should be confident working with data and information systems, and able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of the wider team.
This post is based in Kirkbank, Dumfries.
