We are seeking to appoint 2 exceptional individuals to join our teaching team at North West Community Campus Primary. You will be a values-led, highly-skilled and committed professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for all young people through equity and excellence. North West Community Campus is a state of the art 2-18 school, serving a community committed to the highest standards in all that we do. These positions are both full time until August 2026. This position may be suitable for a Secondment. Agreement from your line manager must be sought before applying for this post on a secondment basis.

This post forms part of Dumfries Learning Town schools and/or The Bridge to deliver courses as part of the BGE and /or senior phase curriculum as appropriate to meet the needs of our learners.
Applicants for teaching posts must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS), Clerwood House, 96 Clermiston Road, Edinburgh, EH12 6UT in the appropriate sector.
This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. From 28 February 2011, preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to formal offer of employment being made by Dumfries and Galloway Council.
Applicants who have been resident outside the UK within the last 5 years, if offered a position, in addition to a Disclosure Scotland Check, will be required to provide a
completed police record check from the police authority in the country or countries in which they were resident.
