Are you an experienced roads maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? Do you have the leadership skills to drive efficiency, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality services that make a real difference to local communities? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for two Team Leaders – Roads Maintenance to manage our local network management teams in the East and West of the region. The team leaders will be responsible for ensuring that roads across the region are well-maintained, safe, and efficiently managed. Working closely with the Roads Manager, you will oversee key projects, manage budgets, develop staff, and drive performance to ensure excellent service delivery.
