You will have an HND/Degree or equivalent in related subject area.Responsibilities
You will formulate and develop policy options and procedures to ensure that targets associated with home energy conservation are met and that the aims of the Council’s Fuel Poverty Strategy and Housing Energy Efficiency and Net Zero strategy are progressed.The Individual
You will have experience working with housing, sustainability, or energy efficiency projects, coordinating or contributing to statutory returns or performance reporting with working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Office 365, Teams, Word etc.
You will have strong report-writing and communication skills for a range of audiences, the ability to analyse and interpret energy or housing-related data, to collaborate across teams and with external partners, analytical skills and the ability to work on own initiative is essential with knowledge of key housing policy issues.
You will be committed to the Council’s sustainability and net zero objectives.
