You will have an HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in an IT related subject or significant experience in similar role.Responsibilities
You will work as part of a team to provide support, fault diagnosis and repair of IT systems, applications and devices. Provide first line support and triage of service desk incidents and requests. Update and administer the Council IT Service Management system and ensure service level agreements are met.The Individual
You will have experience in IT Service Delivery, installation and support of IT Systems with experience of configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 and of installing and supporting desktop computers and mobile devices.
You will have experience of troubleshooting and fixing IT faults, experience using an IT service management system to accurately log, categorise, and prioritise user-reported incidents, knowledge and experience of Windows Active Directory or Azure Active Directory is also essential.
You will have good written and oral communication skills, proven fault diagnosis and rectification abilities/techniques, with good organisational skills. Customer liaison skills and aood problem solving skills are essential.
