You will be educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

You will provide day to day monitoring and support in the management of Council Advice Services Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice (SNSIAP) Programme and to assist in its overall smooth running by working within the framework's aims and objectives. In particular, to ensure SNSIAP framework compliance and ensure compliance with SNSIAP standards of advice. To approve third party partner services for payment; and to support Dundee City Council Supporting Information partners such as Social Security Scotland and other stakeholders, ensuring administration of the Supporting Information Scottish Government contracts and compliance with Supporting Information rules. Collating and providing performance and financial reports and providing technical/policy advice to all Council Advice Services teams.

The Individual

You will have experience in delivering and/or monitoring contracts/performance, in working with multi-partnership networks. You will demonstrable knowledge of the Financial Inclusion, or advice environment. You will have the experience of chairing meetings or public speaking, computer and data literacy including excellent skills in MS Excel, experience of MS Word and MS PowerPoint is also essential along with knowledge and experience in use of management information systems. You will have the ability to monitor programme/project performance using statistical/key performance indicator data and the ability to prepare and monitor financial budgets and expenditure reports. You will have the ability to prioritise and manage a broad workload, to work under pressure of repeated deadlines. You will have first class oral and written communication skills, initiative and creativity with a proven track record as a problem solver with the ability to form good working relationships with external contractors/partners and the ability to work as a team and use own initiative. You will be flexible work hours to meet the demands of the job. A satisfactory Basic Disclosure - Level 1 Scotland check is required.
