You will have an HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area
Or
Experience of working in a Housing/Property maintenance environment.Responsibilities
You will be planning the work of repairs operatives to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient property repairs service, for both programmed and response repairs and ensuring that customers' expectations are managed through effective communication and provide support to supervisory and operational team members.The Individual
You will have administrative or technical experience in a busy office environment
along with working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Office 365, Word, Excel etc.
Good oral and written communication skills, the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and the ability to work in a demanding position and demonstrate flexibility is essential.
You will also be flexible in working hours.
