Job Purpose
Contributing to and supporting the Executive Management Team in the development of the overall vision for Ayrshire360, the jobholder will hold direct accountability for driving aggressive commercial growth and securing high-value corporate investment. The postholder will spearhead the design, negotiation, and execution of elite corporate sponsorship strategies, multi-year partnership frameworks, and high-margin product experiences tailored to maximise external revenue streams. Operating within a rigorous, target-driven performance framework, the postholder will challenge the status quo to consistently meet and exceed ambitious income targets, ensuring commercial opportunities are fully monetised to build long-term organisational sustainability. Through proactive outreach and high-level negotiation, they will cultivate lucrative corporate alliances that directly elevate Ayrshire360’s financial capacity while championing the organisation’s vision, integrity, and core values across all public and private sectors.

Annual Salary - £51506 - £56329
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked as follows:
Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm (50 minutes unpaid break applicable daily)
Friday – 9.00am – 4.00pm (40 minutes unpaid break applicable)Responsibilities and Our Values
