Job Purpose

Your enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer care will ensure a warm and welcoming environment is provided within our Museum venues. You will be driven by a commitment to deliver outstanding services within busy facilities, whilst maintaining the highest level of standards and contributing to an overall excellent customer experience. This role is focussed on Dean Castle Museum and gift shop. Please see the attached Job Specification and key activities which outline all responsibilities and duties for this post. Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay: £15.35 - £16.07 per hour Hours of work are an average of 14.5 hours per week as follows due to seasonal variations: April - October Saturday 09.45am – 6.15pm & Sunday 09.45am – 6.15pm (40 minute unpaid break applicable daily). November – March Saturday 09.45am – 4.15pm & Sunday 09.45am – 4.15pm
