Job Purpose
The postholder will actively promote, and communicate, the vision, mission and values of Ayrshire360, encouraging positive engagement. They will support the Development Officer in implementing change arising from current and future service delivery ensuring a proactive approach in the development of new working arrangements with partners and employees across Ayrshire360. Acting as an ambassador for Ayrshire360, they will work collaboratively across all key partners and stakeholders developing and maintaining close working relationships and at all times demonstrating integrity, honesty and respect. Duties will include co-ordinating the day to day operational set up, delivery and completion of programmes, activities, events, workshops and services whilst ensuring that all areas are compliant with all relevant Protocols.
