Job Purpose
Your commitment to engaging young people will be driven by a strong youth work approach that places relationships, trust, and empowerment at the heart of community safety. You will lead the development and delivery of high‑quality community engagement and safety initiatives that support young people’s personal, social, and emotional development while contributing to safer neighbourhoods. By designing and delivering innovative, youth‑led activities, you will help young people make positive choices, strengthen community connections, and reduce risk‑taking behaviours. Central to the role will be building strong partnerships, supporting volunteers, and ensuring that young people are meaningfully involved in shaping safer, more inclusive community environments.

Rate of Pay: £35654 - 38675 per annum
Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm (50 min unpaid lunchbreak)
Friday – 9.00am – 4.00pm (40 min unpaid lunchbreak)
