Job Purpose

Through collaboration and creative decision-making, you will lead the development and delivery of cultural engagement in all our museums that will support the Ayrshire360 10-year Strategic Vision. You will use specialist knowledge of our venues and collections to plan and deliver innovative public engagement and education programmes. The role will also lead operational management and maintenance of our museum venues, focussing on excellent customer service. Rate of Pay

Annual Salary: £35654 - 38675 Hours of work will be 35 hours per week as follows: Monday - Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm (50 minute unpaid lunch break applicable daily) and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm (40 minute unpaid lunch break applicable)
