Job Purpose

The Development Officer will turn innovative ideas into tangible business results, ensuring that our brand remains, fresh, relevant and consistent in a competitive market. You will drive growth and income generation by breaking down organisational silos and sharing ideas. Your enthusiasm and passion for animals, farming and the countryside will be driven by a commitment to develop outstanding services whilst using resources as efficiently and effectively as possible in the operation of our business. Contributing to the provision and design of an innovative and modern Urban Farm service that delivers on a strong wellbeing and environmental agenda, you will enhance opportunities for our venues and programmes to flourish by maximising opportunities for engagement in the countryside and our outdoor venues. Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay £35654 - £38675 per annum Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm (50 minute unpaid lunch break applicable daily) and Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm (40 minute unpaid lunch break applicable).
