Job Purpose

As the Director of Creative Activities, you will be the visionary architect of our cultural identity, leading the artistic transformation of Ayrshire360. This is a high-profile executive role designed to blend creative ambition with strategic excellence, ensuring our venues and programmes serve as the heartbeat of the region. You will move beyond traditional arts management to inspire a culture of "limitless creativity"—one that challenges the status quo and redefines East Ayrshire as a premier destination for world-class culture and performance. Rate of Pay

Annual Salary: £89326 - £94713 Hours of work are 35 hours per week to be worked Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm with 50 minutes unpaid lunch break applicable daily, and Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm with 40 minutes unpaid lunch break applicable daily.
