Job Description

As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Strategic Lead (Estates Management) will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Ayrshire360's long-term vision for sustainable, innovative and community-focused services. The postholder will provide strategic leadership across a diverse estates portfolio, driving transformational change, maximising asset performance, and ensuring facilities, services and infrastructure continue to meet the evolving needs of communities and stakeholders. Requirements

Annual Salary: £55201 - £60315 Hours of work will be 35 hours per week, to be worked Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm (50 minute unpaid lunch break applicable daily) & Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm (40 minute unpaid lunch break daily).
