Job Purpose
Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure Trust, the Customer Experience Assistant will prepare and deliver a wide range of planned programmes, activities and events contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework, the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the Trust’s Strategic Vision and Delivery Plan.

Rate of Pay: £14.26 per hour
Hours of work will be on an 'as and when required' basis. Applicants must be willing to travel to various venues across East Ayrshire and be flexible and available to work at various times including evenings, weekends and Public Holidays as required.Responsibilities and Our Values
