Job Purpose

Are you enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and programmes within local communities? Do you want to develop yourself as a Fitness professional? We are looking for someone who is honest, ambitious, takes responsibility and is accountable for service delivery. Key duties include, but not limited to: * Assist with the day-to-day operations and events at facilities across East Ayrshire. * Provide an exceptional Customer Experience. * Organise, prepare and deliver a wide range of planned programmes, activities and events such as fitness member inductions, programmes and consultations, exercise referrals, gym based classes, Teenfit, social sports programmes. * Undertake a range of administrative duties. * Work collaboratively with service areas, teams and partners e.g. NHS, HSCP.
