Job Purpose

Your enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer care will ensure a warm and welcoming environment is provided within our Cultural Hubs and venues. You will be driven by a commitment to deliver outstanding services within busy facilities, whilst maintaining the highest level of standards and contributing to an overall excellent customer experience. Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay £13.59 - £14.26 per hour This is an annualised hours post to meet the demands of our services, therefore your hours of work will vary weekly, with as much prior notice given as possible. Your pay will equate to 15 hours per week plus a 12.5%shift allowance. Responsibilities and Our Values

Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure Trust, the Customer Experience Assistant will prepare and deliver a wide range of planned programmes, activities and events contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services.
